Keeping the luggage on the top of bus & taking down will be manage by our staff &
Please keep your luggage tied with company’s baggage tag.

Company provide Per Passenger one Attractive Pouch with around 25 items For Daily use &
One Cape with Logo of the Company.

Our expert Rajasthani Cook will prepare food from high quality raw material in our separate kitchen
(Jain vegetarian diet), In Morning Khakhra, Dry Breakfast and Tea, Coffee,Ukado,In Lunch one Sweet,
One Farsan, puri, with Two Vegetables, Afternoon again Tea, Coffee, Ukado,
Evening Dal-Rice with Fast Food type meals & during the Bus journey Timepass Packets.

We give First Preference to Women/ Oldies/ Sick with proper arrangements of seats. &
Children aged 4 years or less will not get seat in a vehicle, train / bus & there will be not get mattress anywhere.

Mention/Similar hotel,on twin sharing bases, as per hotel’s “check-inn & check out” rules.

If Coaches do not get the connection or it is Delayed, Airlines, Railways problems, Bus /
Vehicle mechanical defects that the Company will not be responsible, For the time Delay due to the traffic Jams
In that situation for the arrangement & cost of a New reservation Company is not responsible in any way &
It is not possible to get any Kind of Compensation.

Tourists should Co-operate with the Indian Railways Rules & should be Seeking his True name &
Always carry proper Id proof with them, As well as to the Weight of more than 25 kg of Luggage per traveler &
Other Penalties/ Railway action/ Humiliation will not be the Responsibility of Managers of the Company.

None of our Agents / Representatives will stay in course of Travelling in A/C reservation coach.

Entry fee, Ropeway charges, Doli charge, Vehicle expense for visiting the places wherever our vehicle is not allowed, Yachting, Horse riding & all personal expenses will be bear by you.

The travelers may need to pay if there is any hike in the price or Extra charges would be applicable if any.

All the Payments done through Cheque/Cash/Demand Draft/ wireless Transfer with subject to booking.

It is Customers Responsibility to make sure if the amount is Dispatched through Courier or
Any postal services at their own risk.

Giving cash refund is not possible in any situation. If due to any reason the tickets may need to be cancelled,
The below mention are the charges applicable for Cancellation.:-

If you need to cancel the tour due to Political Disorder/ National Grants/ Earthquake or
Any other such reason, circumstances or Management, Company will not be responsible &
Will be charged 50% of The total amount for cancelation.
